Taman Budaya or Bali Art Center is the culture building complex with the best style of Balinese traditional architecture. It is featuring the good lay-out building of amphitheater to be a place/hall of show performance purpose. It is symbolizing the twiddling of Mandara Giri mount in the milk ocean and spattering the Amerta holy water for the life of endless as according to nature of dynamic culture and stayed alive during the human being still dwell the earth planet. This amphitheater can accommodate up to 6.000 audiences for the show of colossal both for modern and also traditional. This Taman Budaya (Cultural Park) is opened in the year 1973 with the Bali Artistry Party (Pesta Kesenian Bali) within one month. The best thing about Taman Wedhi Budaya is the art gallery and the only time westerners are likely to visit is during the Bali Arts Festival. The Festival itself is a mostly local event, with people bringing their kids and needless to say, a whole marketplace of tacky toys and trinkets is set up. During the Bali Arts Festival there are wonderful dance with performers from all over Bali. I checked out a selection of booths with traditional knives, kris's and decorations from each of the 8 districts in Bali. If you attend the Bali Arts Festival check out the event schedule online or look in the Bali Advertiser, local newspaper. The dances are scheduled for mornings and evenings, with not much going on during the middle of the day.
Bali Art Festival will soon begin; this festivities and feasts of art and culture will last for a month long in a sprawling five hectares complex of Art Center (Taman Werdhi). This Art Center complex, commenced in 1969 and officially opened for used in 1973, is located in Jalan Nusa Indah, Denpasar.

This complex has two entrances, on the left, is “Rinchui Sakura” gate with reminisce of Japanese style architecture. On the right side is a Candi Bentar split gate, the Candi Bentar represents greatness combines with awareness, and it is usually found in temple and palace, at the border of village, district and regency. It can also be found at entry point of Bali such as at Ngurah Rai International Airport.

The Art Center Complex houses various buildings for various purposes. These five traditional Balinese style buildings are masterpieces of talented architect Ida Bagus Tugur. The buildings are connected with a pathway, with ponds, gardens and bridge among them.
To the west of Ardha Candra Amphitheater is the Ksirarnawa closed theatre, which occupies a 5850 square meter surface on two floors. The theatre can contain up to 800 people, which is located on the second floor. The first one is occupied by the offices of the Art Center, a cafeteria, and several is also used for various handicraft exhibitions, the turn over of which is increasing from year to year, and they play a large role in the increase in non oil exports.
